The location was excellent, just steps from the main station and close to the bustling Christmas Market. Cleanliness made a huge difference, with large, comfortable rooms and fantastic varied breakfast options available, with local pastries. The room felt a bit cramped, and the furniture had a cheaper feel. Noise from the street was noticeable at night, which could disrupt light sleepers .

Suitable for one night. Amicable staff and quiet and functional place. Perfect location with private parking and close enough to the center rail station, pedestrian area, and the big avenue Koenigs Wall and the station. Nearby Hovels Hausbrauerei - great place to chill out.

We explored the Christmas Market and visited the nearby museum. The location was perfect-right across from the main station. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Definitely recommend it for group trips!

The location was fantastic, super close to the train station and right outside the football museum. Staff were really friendly and always ready to help, whether borrowing an iron or catching the game at the bar.

No air conditioning during hot weather!!! Small, cramped rooms could use some more space!!! The television offered limited channels, primarily in German!!!

The breakfast was simply amazing, and I really enjoyed the cozy vibe of the lounge area. There’s a nice relaxation room and a small TV area that's perfect for winding down. The room was a tad cramped, but it didn’t really take away from the overall experience, so I’d say go for it if you’re on a budget! 😊

It was a solid selection for a stopover in Dortmund with good value for price. The staff were helpful when I needed a late-night snack. Keep the windows closed if you're a light sleeper. The street noise is pretty loud at night.

The room was big and clean, really appreciated the large bathroom with double washbasins. The USB ports were a nice touch for charging devices, but it wasn't very soundproof, a bit of a bummer. The temperature control was on point, so it was comfy for sleeping. For a solo traveler, it hit most marks pretty well!

The breakfast here offers a great variety of tasty options, including Granini juices.

My family and I loved staying at this hotel - the room was immaculate with two separate beds, and the location was fantastic, right by the railway station.
